I had a 4 round of interviews:
1)Technical test (45 minutes) - given an example of a lottery, there would be 3 questions and you should write a pseudocode preferably. Questions were quite hard in my opinion. For example, what is a chance of winning etc.
2)Technical talk(60 minutes) - after you finish the test, you will be invited into a room to have an interview with a person from Technical department. I had a good interviewer and the atmosphere was resilient and pleasant.
3)Competency talk(45 minutes) - in the third round you will be asked about different situations and how you approach them. The key is to be yourself, don't worry too much but don't chill. Be professional, try to impress the interviewer, show some passion towards the job position.
4) Group task( 60 minutes) - you will be given a document and you have 15 minutes to go through the document and point out main benefits and drawbacks. Typically, the task requires your team to choose the future path for J.P.Morgan: Cloud Computing or Local network (don't remember that one). You with another 3 members should then talk about what path should the company choose. In front of you, are 4 observers( 2 from previous interviews), that do not intervene a discussion. You have 45 minutes to come to one point and make a decision as a whole group. It is imperative to ask you peers and TALK, show your leadership skills, but don't take too much time. You then fill in blanks in the project progression document. (there would be a stakeholders question, but our team didn't know what to fill in)
Between each step you will have 5-10 minutes to rest and drink some water if needed. You will have some time to ask questions, therefore prepare some questions before the actual interview. That shows your preparation for it, as well as some knowledge about the company.
For me, the most difficult steps were 1 and 2, but it regards technical skills.
Wear a suit, plan your journey, research the Company and most of all be confident!!!
