Actually I went through the process from the Launching Leaders program they have. I had a wonderful experience and was happy to hear from the panelists. They made the process so easy and Wall Street less scary. I loved it and really appreciated the extra time.

None really because at that point it was conversational. Just know a recent fact about JP Morgan and the effects of a certain event that impacts the Financial Industry. Questions like what would you do if you found an error 10 mins before your presentation and what do you like to do outside of work. Be creative!
