First round interview
The first round interview is rather nerve wrecking. Traders will come from their desk to interview you in a room with 12 cubicles. You can pretty much hear what your fellow friend is say in the next cubicle.
The questions they asked varies, some tend to be more technical based on what you say. Otherwise it would just be mainly competency based.
The interview process started off with a hirevue and then went into an invitation to a superday. After which they conduct the full day of interviews in person where they then make their decisions.
Three round interview with VPs and MD. Mostly behavioral questions, few technical questions. Each interview lasted about 30 minutes. Overall it wasn't that difficult. but make sure you know your technicals.
It was ok, responses weren't long. I got an assessment test after applying followed by a HireVue video interview. Since the HireVue did not hear back although the application is still "under review".
