Applied online through the global careers portal and after a couple of weeks I received a phone call from the EA of the hiring manager to arrange a first stage interview. The first round was about 50 mins in duration and was a mix of competency based questions, summarising my experience and detailed explanation of the role. Interview was fairly relaxed and friendly though I ran out of time when I asked a few questions at the end. Two weeks after interview I chased for feedback which was frustrating in itself and finally received a call from the recruiter. I received fairly good comments though my weak areas were technical ability and confidence to engage with senior management which was disappointing to hear.
