Applied online and was invited to a face to face 1st round interview. On the day, I was asked to choose the division I would like to work for on a piece of paper. I had two one-to-one interviews. I was interviewed by a division director and a current employee. They were really friendly and wanted to make sure they got the best answer from me.

1. Interview with two members of the department. Basic competency based questions. Teamwork, leadership. One important achievement for you. What do you think we do in investor services.

Again competency based + brain teasers (How many windows are there in this building, how many airplanes land on Heathrow in a day, probability that a pregnant woman has a baby girl). Second part was the group exercise. You are given three subjects and have to choose which one to discuss. Very subjective and dependant on the team's composition.
