Interview
Two Phone Screens and a Super Day. I had two official phone screens. One was more technical than the other. Very nice people. I was able to answer basically every question correctly. They were very interested (or at least pretended to be) in what my opinions were as well as my experiences. Important to be confident and have conviction. With technical questions, I believe they are looking for thought process and to see what you know about finance and markets and how things might change given an event in the market.
