The interview process is as described by other members. I applied online and after about 2 weeks from the deadline I got an invitation for interview. 2 one-to-one interviews half hour each. One technical and one competency based. They interviewers had an A4 with 5 categories of questions, i.e., motivation, leadership, initiative, time management, problem solving skills, presentation skills, programming etc. From those categories they had about 4-5 question per category. One of the reviewers was more friendly, the other more distant. Someone needs to study well the web page of JP. For instance I show some interest on current projects of JP and they asked me to describe what those projects do.
