I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan in Feb 2016
Interview
Standard numerical tests followed by a phone interview. The phone interview was meant to be competency based but ended up being very technical with market related questions and brainteasers. It lasted just over an hour and I talked to two senior members of the department. Some example questions were "How would you invest 10 million on behalf of a client?", "when have you shown integrity, how did you display this and what did you learn?".
