CV application followed by interview with HR + Manager. Nothing to difficult - Why work for JPM, understanding of the role, and then around 7 competency questions. Interviewers were looking for experiences to be drawn from work experience rather than educational - v imp if recent graduate. Waited for 2 weeks to get response which was negative. Looking for people with "more experience"

Tell us about a time when the department you worked in went through change and how did you deal with it
Actually I had 2 rounds. Both were technical rounds. First round was telephonic round. Second was FTF round. This was before pre covid. Lot of accounting questions more on journal entries

The process wasn't difficult with my interview. I only had 2 VPs interviewed me and received job offer. However, some of my colleagues i know had met 7 people.
