During the call, we scheduled an interview with the hiring manager, and I was told a Zoom invite would be sent. The invite never came, and despite following up, I never received a response. The interview process is very formal, but the interviewers are easy going and just want to get to know you and get a feel for how you would work amongst others.

Lengthy, unorganized, and extremely unprofessional. The HR process leaves a lot to be desired. The HR I interacted with didn't realize she hadn't ended our call, and proceeded to speak negatively about me to her colleagues about me. Just a poorly ran organization I'm glad I didn't work for.
