Interview
Process was relatively straightforward. After CV screen there is a hirevue and then the final round. Superday consists of 3 1-1 interviews with senior bankers and a group case study where you must discuss a certain topic.

Question 1
Normal IBD technicals and mostly competency and behavioural questions.
Pretty fair technical questions about financial statements. There was an initial intro call and then a call with two different analysts, a healthy mix of technical questions and just personality fit questions that do a lot of training on the job.
After submitting your application, you will receive a HireVue invitation. There are three questions, each with 2 takes. If selected to move forward the next process is the superday which consists of 3 30-minute interviews, each a combination of behavioural and technical.
hirevue straight to virtual superday. 3 back-to-back interviews. 1 explicitly technical, one a mix of technical and behavioral, and last with an MD was strictly behavioral. All three interviewers were extremely nice.
