I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan in Sep 2022
Interview
The interview process was fairly smooth. I applied on August 1, and about a month later I asked my HR personnel for an internal referral. Shortly after I was sent the hireVue. That was just one or two behavioral questions and 1 question about my background and how it fits this position. About a week later I have a super day that was two back-to-back 25 to 30-minute interviews all behavioral. Then about 7 business days later or about 11 regular days. I received a verbal offer from the NYC office recruiting mannager. All of the interviews were behavioral questions I would definitely suggest doing a little bit of research on JPMC before coming into the interview like companies they have recently acquired and JPMC's mission. Things of that nature. And interesting financial news has happened recently. All in all, the process took about a month and a half. I applied on August 1 and then I got my verbal offer in mid to late September.
