Overall is smooth,question is quite professional and the process is great. Questions is more at personality rather than technique question,question focus on communication skills and problems sloving skills with co-worker and client.

They asked me if I had a book. They seemed near exclusively looking for those with books. This is fine in my opinion, but I was there over an hour interviewing until the principal interviewed me and told me shortly that it wasn't a good fit. I should have seen the principal first.
