I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan in Dec 2022
Interview
Received an OA, which consisted of two questions on HackerRank. After completing the OA I received an invitation to the superday a month or so later. My interviewers were nice and made the interviews feel more like conversations. 45 min behavioral was typical "Tell me a time when" questions. The 45 min technical after consisted of two coding questions, some data-structure questions, and then questions about JP Morgan and banking specifically.
