Spoke to a recruiter, the hiring manager, and an interview team member. The scheduling was mixed up with the interview team member, which led to a reduced interview time. I emailed the recruiter immediately to make her aware of the situation and never heard back. I followed up a week later and still haven't heard back. Why is it hard for recruiters to respond to candidates when they are trying to present their best selves to the company, and the recruiter is looking for the path of least resistance to fill a role and move on? Please treat candidates will a little more respect.
It was a MS teams call. Had a positive experience with interviewer. The call started with a friendly introduction about the role and expectation, at the end with situational based questions to go through.
