Overall the interviews were pretty simple and conversational. Had three conversations with different leaders of the team. Each focused on my experience and where I would be a fit in the team. Final stage was a presentation with a larger group including leaders and peers. No real challenging questions were asked in this portion of the interview. Working with the talent team was challenging, responses would be very delayed. After committing significant time to interviewing for this role, it took weeks and multiple emails to get an automated response. I expect a better experience after making it to final stages and having my time wasted.
