Terrible, super unprofessional. I got an email out of the blue after I long forgotten about the application to set up a few dates in the next 2 weeks for a zoom interview with the hiring manager. The day of the interview, the hiring manager is not on the zoom, instead it was a direct report of hers. She was very nice and asked questions about my resume. Then I got ghosted. No follow up, nothing about you didn't get the job, just complete disrespect for my time. That's why I don't bank with Chase and use another bank instead.
