It’s been a Lengthy process with good follow up methods. They do not try to hide anything annd are very open and happy to inform you about the time frames and subsequent follow ups required.
Telephone interview with Human Resources, then a panel interview, then a final interview with hiring manager. Overall, the process went fairly smoothly, although long with 2-3 weeks between interviews. I had to explain a number of the key talking points to the screener from Human Resources since she really did not understand the essential job functions.
