I was interviewed by 2 VPs and 1 manager in 2 separate sessions, and they asked me questions on my past experience, my search ability as well as explained to me the job scope. They also tested my search skills on the spot. After the interview in the same day, I did a paper test. The interviewers were sharp about what I said or missed out, but they were friendly.
