Phone interview with some key questions and followed by a 30 minutes interview with 2 VP with more than 10 years experience and from different departments. They seem very reasonable people, questions were in line with the job, but mostly about my experience and how would that align with the functions there.

Tell me about your experience and how does it align with the job. Explain a P&L etc, some explanations around controls. They asked how to handle difficult people, ultimatly people need to look after themselves, sometimes is reasonable people have a couple of problems but if it's current and on a daily basis people are emotional dysfunctional probably with narcissistic personality disorder.
