When I interviewed for an entry level position in the wealth management, it was virtual and lasted close to an hour. The interviewer asked several questions that aligned with the star method and asked about previous job history. Overall, it was very clear, concise, and I left the meeting with an understanding that an offer would be extended if there an opportunity.
