The interview is done in 3 step:
1)They sent me an Assignment to do (SimpleStock).You need to concetrate to do your best in designing the solution because in the third step the Technical person that will interview you he will ask you why do you choice to do in that way. So mainly you need to apply the best practicies of the OO
2)If you done a sufficient/good assignment then you will receive a call from a person that will do some superficial question to know if you know the general stuff that they need (Exception, HashCode function, inheritance)
3)They will ask to you to do a interview session of about 4 hour. This session is splitted in 2 part
3.1)Some Project manager and a Functionl analyst will want to know everything around design, development and daily work in new development scenario or in support to the production. The interviewer wants to know if you have been ever involved in the situation that they ask to you (as "How do you prioritize if you are developing something and suddenly it come something of urgent from the production?")
3.2)There will be aTechnical person. In my case he was the person that needed the resource on his project.The question they he done me are:

-Multithread: how do you can declare it? How you can synchronize? what is a deadlock?

-Do you use extractor method?
6)Rest
-What is?
-difference btw post() and put()

9)Exercise: The exercise is oriented to know the difference btw the two way to declare the string: new and literal
Finally, I think that the technical questions was influenced from what the technical person, that interviewed me, he needed on his particular project.
