Several interviews, by phone and personal. It depends on the country, in Buenos Aires there isn't a HR department for recruiting, there's only two or three people to do the salaries pay and administrative work so the interviews are made by the same researchers working in the place since long time

why are you interested in the job? how can you help?
One phone call with recruiter for about 30 mins followed by two interviews with members of team, fairly standard compared to most. Next round was a superday with four different people
They asked overall questions about my resume. They tried to get more out of me and even gave an advice at the end of the interview. It was an interesting experience after all.

What are your strength and weakness when you're in a team
Very straight forward interview process, mostly behavioral questions with a few chances to pitch a stock or show market knowledge. No technical questions were given during my entire interview process.
