It was a 20-minute long phone interview, mostly competency based. Was asked questions on leadership experience, teamwork etc. The very last question was on current affairs and I was asked my views on it. Overall it was an easy interview but didn't perform well enough. My advice would be that practice in a natural way in prep for such questions would be key.
