Online Application followed by two online tests. Phone Interview for about 20 mins and then two interviews in the J.P. Morgan office. First is a group presentation where you are given a packet of information and you have to decide where to provide more financial support. Then you to into individual interview where they ask questions about your resume and interest in the company.

The interview process was pleasant, all taking place during the assessment centre. The interviewers were very friednly and comfortable. Overall a genuine interest was taken by them to allow me to express myself openly and clearly in a relaxed environment.
