very long drawn out process. Applied, heard back 3-4 weeks later, had first interview, which they said went well, a month later they came back and asked for a second round, and had no timeline of how long the process would last. Very impressive people, but process was disorganized.

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan in Apr 2024
Interview
Overall fine - slow in between interviews and the recruiters left a lot to be desired. My initial scheduling email from the recruiter felt like it could have been spam. I never had a screening call with a recruiter, which was frustrating since I never got real insight into the interview process, salary range, expectations etc.
Overall I met with 3 members of the team for 3 total interviews. All were very nice, knowledgable and answered all questions I had. The final round interview was promising and I felt I had secured the position. I didn't hear anything for nearly a month before being told via auto-email that I didn't get the position. I would have loved to receive feedback on my interview performance, but realize that doesn't always happen.
