After attending the campus recruitment talk, I applied online. Received an email before the actual application deadline stating there would be a phone interview in the week to come. I received the call 3 days later. A few weeks later, receive an email to attend AC, Group exercise and individual presentation.

Hirevue was used for interview process. A bit impersonal but professional. I would say that they likely have thousands of applicants for each role and its important to take into account the culture and people who work at JP Morgan have certain ideals they uphold that you must adhere to.

After applying online, it took about two weeks to receive an hirevue interview offer. They gave me about 3 days to complete the hirevue interview. I was able to record my response unlimited times.
