I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan (London, England) in Dec 2014
Interview
After I submitted the application online, I received interview invitation pretty soon (yes there is no online test). The interview is on-site interview which consists two 30 mins interviews. The interviewers are from the business line and they were really nice and friendly. The structure is flexible, so although I they have a list of questions to ask you, it's up to the interviewer whether to follow it or not. Interview questions are mainly competency, situation judgement and commercial awareness questions and I did not have any technical question.
