Interview
I only got the first round phone interview which lasted for 30 minutes. The interviewer talked a lot about the position and the program and asked me if I got any question for her. Only one phone interview followed by on-site final round interview.

The HR staff there were nice. They took initiative to talk with us and let us ask questions about the career path, culture, typical day, etc.
I would like to mention the individual interview here. For individual interview, I was assessed by two interviewers each time. 2 assessments in total. Basically all of them are from HR department.
