Interviewed by Executive Director and one peer (VP). Informal interview in a small conference room, asked about my organizational skills and leadership experience. Then was walked around to meet the team. Overall, friendly and welcoming.

The whole process went pretty smoothly and quick. 3 rounds of interviews with different levels of colleagues in that firm. Ask about previous experience and behavior questions. Interviewers are nice and respected my time
Met with the senior members of the deal and then junior members. Was really focused on getting to know each other and industry knowledge, relevant transaction experience and what I did on each transaction.
