Applied then hirevue then superday pretty smooth I’d say quite straightforward. They get back to you fairly okay not the quickest though. In the AC you could get called back in afternoon if desks want to meet you - usually a very good sign.
first they had me complete an online assessment, then i was asked to do a pre recorded video interview on hirevue and then i was invited to attend a virtual super day over zoom
Online interview software, it seems to track your eye movement and expressions. I did not enjoy this and the timed aspect of it was also strange. I feel like it’s ableist in many ways.
