Interview
Invited to Assessment Day (London) after a campus networking dinner. Before lunch, there was a exercise involving myself talking to an associate about the stock price trend for 3 different competitors, and advising on whether to go long / short / neutral. Then 2 competency interviews lasting 30 mins. After lunch, half the applicants were told to go home, and then 2 interviews based solely on brain teasers

General competencies e.g. when have you shown leadership skills, what is your greatest achievement etc. Then, how many tennis balls can fit in this room? How much water flows past canary wharf in an hour? If a companies stock price falls if I land a head on a coin, what is the probability that a rival company's stock price falls? 10x10 cube has outside covered in red paint. How many cubes have one side that is red?

Interview
HireVue consisted of several "Tell me about a time" and "walk me through" behaviorals. There were 5 questions, each with response times of a max of 2 minutes. You were able to do 2 attempts, but I would recommend submitting on the first.
