Interview
It was technical and they asked to share the screen for coding round. I was using my iPad and was only having a word to type in. The interview process is very obsolete. I had completed the coding test and the interviewer does not even know the quick sort algorithm which I used. Then they asked me around 10 questions which were mainly like asking me for static inner class and normal inner class and then kotlin basics like sealed classes and enums etc. See these are not questions you should ask for a 12+ year of experienced person. I would rate it as a low level interview and I didn't even get a question on architecture and any algorithm specific. I think I answered correct for around 7 questions and still didnt get selected. In this age I think interviews should be more mature to check if the person can actually work in projects than knowing the syntax to write.
