Had a five phase interview. I applied to a third party source and got a call for the first round screening. After that I had to send in a video record interview to the third party. Had a skype interview with the director of quality after 2 week. I was told to fly in for an onsite interview after 2 weeks. I was interviewed by 3 Business unit leaders and a quality engineer and then after a week I had another skype interview with another BU leader. Even though a bit long, I was able to connect with the team and had a smooth and amazing experience. They pay for your flights, hotel and car rental. I didn't ask for meal reimbursement.
