Decent job depending on position, huge management issues.

Opportunity for overtime. Some opportunity for advancement. Relatively easy work depending on title.

Cons

Veteran employees think they own the place. HR is totally disconnected from daily operations. Management only cares about their own job. Some positions mandate too much overtime.

Not much, they like to say they listen to everyone and take in there input.

Cons

A lot. The pay sucks, the work sucks. The place is unsafe oil everywhere you go, and they dont seem to actually care to support there operators or maintenance in getting the tool and traing needed to be successful.
