Starts with personality type questions, then moves into a case study based on a typical project that they might be working on, then progresses to more specific financial questions. The case study is very open and is looking for a basic understanding of the development process, financial questions are not hard, i.e.. IRR vs NPV etc.

Very responsive and friendly communications with person I was interviewing with. Flexibility on dates/times. Interview was relaxed, easy going, eager and friendly. It was easy to be honest and have a conversation, interviewer was very talkative. Overall great experience.
