The interview was very solid and constructive interview. It was broken into two parts but for my experience it felt like 3. The first part was in a group setting. First it was like building a block tower, most likely to see how we can direct a group without direct interaction. Then we had to improvise and present an idea in our individual unique way, that was most likely to see how we can present customer service to a group or individual person(s). After that it was, what i considered part two, was an intermission for the manager sales associate to see if we we're ready to talk to the "Boss" in charge of the store.
For his interview it was pretty straight forward. It is a one on one where he asked questions about why we considered working at there location and what could we bring to the table for JCPenney. In all honesty if you want to make it through the interview just speak and act with confidence. Elongate your motives and express so motivation to want to speak and help anyone that comes your way. So unless you just really didn't try to impress anyone you are pretty much guarantee a position if you go with confidence.
