I was called for an on phone interview and they told me to go in for a talent tryout also known as a group interview that same week. About a month later I got called for a follow up interview which was a one on one and was offer the job on the spot. Now I'm just waiting to be called for training and it's been 2 weeks already since my one on one.

It was fairly straightforward and easy. The woman I interviewed with was nice and not very intimidating. They took about a week to get back with me about an interview after I applied for the position.

I was contacted by email about my application. Contacted HR Supervisor and scheduled an interview date and time. Met with HR the next day for an in person interview. Very informative conversation with HR Supervisor.
Very efficient and the interviewer was very nice and gave me a lot of time to answer questions. The questions were not hard and they were very manageable. It was more so a discussion rather than an interview.
