It was pretty slow to start. There was a phone interview with the FOL (Field Operations Leader), then an in person interview with her, then an interview with the store manager who happened to have the RM visiting that day, so I had her in the interview as well. I had to do several tedious timed online tests to make sure I could read an invoice, do math, etc. Then they sent my contract, I signed and started work.
