Interview
I got an email from the store manager telling me to set up an interview and I replied back. I went to the interview and was asked to wait for the assistant manager to conduct the interview but unfortunately he was on lunch and forgot it was scheduled that day so another manager had to conduct my interview. It went pretty smooth, she was very nice and I felt comfortable. She asked me basic questions such as my availability, why I chose there to work some situational questions of how I would respond to things and thats it. Right after that the manager who originally supposed to do my interview came from his lunch and the other manager told him how it went pretty good and gave him brief info such as my availability and then he said okay they'll do a background check and they'll call me back. I gotten a call back a couple of days later for orientation, so basically I got hired on the spot it was quick and smooth.
Easy, got hired in 1 week and was able to start as soon as possible. It was a good process and I liked the people I interviewed with. The culture is off to a positive start.
