I was phone interviewed from HR rep. Then the store manager interviewed me, then interviewed with the field operations manager, the store manager called an asked for a 30, 60, 90 day recruiting plan to be emailed to her. I then interviewed with another store manager, was then contacted by HR dept. to interview with the District manager who asked me 2 questions 1) why would anyone want to work for you? 2) can you fire people ? That interview lasted 10 minutes and later that same day I got an email stating I wasn't being considered for the position. The whole process took 5 weeks. Waste of my time!
