Interview
Pretty basic interview process. Applied online was called in for an interview 4 days later. Went in and had a group interview. You were divided into groups and we then had building blocks placed in the middle of the table and an hiring manager held an ipad with a picture of a house made with said building blocks. Each person had to go up to the hiring manager look at the picture on the ipad and go back to the group and tell everyone where to put the blocks so that we could build the house EXACTY like the picture. This was done because they say that everyone at jcpenney works as a team and teamwork is really important. I think they need to look up the definition of teamwork because I don't think they know what it really means.
Easy, got hired in 1 week and was able to start as soon as possible. It was a good process and I liked the people I interviewed with. The culture is off to a positive start.
