Applied online, did phone interview about 3 weeks later, then in person interview about 3 weeks later, then about a week later called and offered me the job. I did know someone that worked in the department and that was a BIG help! Unfortunately, it is about who you know. The interview process was very smooth and did not take too long to get through the whole process.
