The interview process was in a group setting usually with one manager present. They will ask a few question then have you are separated into teams where you participate in team building games. After making a few notes the manager will ask a few people to stay, in which they give you an offer.
Group interview w/ scenarios about customer service situations. Answer questions about what you would do in a given situation, including how to de-escalate situations and solve problems. You will get a call back within a week if you got the position or not.

The interview process is very simple. Was hired on as a seasonal employee and was part of a group interview. Very relaxed interview, everyone was nice and on time. Was then interviewed by manager after the group interview.
The interview was conducted in a group setting. All the questions were pretty generic. The interview altogether was comfortable. I was offered a position the same day and started soon after.
