Interview
I applied for this position through Snag-A-Job.com and was contacted for an interview about two days later. I came in for an interview the next day and spoke with the hiring manager and she was nice. Asked the general interview questions of what do I want from this job? Describe a situation in which you took the lead and how it played out. She also asked what area I would be most interested in? Gave a full rundown of the position and had the supervisor in my area of interest interview me as well. After that I was called back late that same day and offered the postition.
