I was contacted by a recruiter via Linkedin. She set up a phone interview that took 30 minutes in which she asked me screening questions about planning & allocation and retail math. After that, she set up an interview at the headquarters. I was flown out on a Monday night, picked up by a limo service, then taken to a nice hotel. In the morning I took the shuttle from the hotel to the HQ and met the recruiter. I was actually interviewed by 4 different people - one HR director and 3 hiring managers. The HR director asked me various behavioral questions. The 3 hiring managers also asked me behavioral questions, as well as technical questions and employment history.
