After an online submission I was eventually called by the Talent Resource Lead Expert and was called in for a one on one interview. We talked about the basics of my job history and how I saw myself with the company. The next interview was with the Men's Department Lead Expert, a similar interview and more in depth descriptions of the work followed. She was the one to offer the job. Soon after a panel style training with three new associates and two trainers(including the TRL) was scheduled. After a quick online test and reading we started on the floor immediately.
