Applied online and was contacted the next day to schedule the interview. Initially it was a group interview with 5 of us. Questions were asked and we answered individually. The vibe was fun and upbeat which made for a non stressed environment. Next, each was taken into separate rooms for individual discussions with leadership. Discussing strengths and weaknesses and career opportunities. I was offered the job pending background check and next was given the opportunity to speak to the Store Manager.
