The interview process was fairly simple. There was a wait time which was not long, then they called a group of us into a training room where we began to interact with each other and later on begin the interview process.

Put in an application in 2012 and was called about 5 days letter for an interview. Met with one of the HR reps and he was cool, he liked me and we scheduled a second interview with the store manager and it went well. Ended up getting the job in a week, but the background check
