Was called to schedule an interview, met with area supervisor. She interviewed me first. Then I waited in a room while she talked to a manager about me. Then the store manager interviewed me. I was called and offered a position.

Talked about credit marketing, asked if I felt comfortable asking people to open accounts. Asked me how I would approach a customer to apply for a JCP card.

It was in a very professional and comfortable setting in the store. And it was conducted with the store and salon manager at that location. Both of the managers were kind and professional.
It was a group interview which led to an individual interview with a supervisor. If you pass the first round you have a higher chance of getting hired on for a position
